Instead, the color variation is achieved through the interaction of the wax and liquid within the lamp. Additionally, during the initial use, it may take up to 5 hours for the wax to heat up and start moving traditionally; subsequent uses will require less time. The ideal room temperature for optimal operation is between 21°C and 26°C.
